Furthermore, to comply with Mexican federal law aimed at preventing money laundering (Ley Federal para la Prevención e Identificación de Operaciones con Recursos de Procedencia Ilícita LFPIORPI), we may need to collect additional financial and patrimonial information. The LFPDPPP, effective since January 6, 2012, along with Articles 15, 16, 17, and 18 of the GDPR, grants you significant rights over your personal data held by Sunset Royal Cancun Mexico. This period may also be extended by fifteen (15) additional days if justified, as per Article 97 of the RLFPDPPP, with due notification.
  9. Data Delivery: In cases where your request is approved, in accordance with Articles 32, 33, 34, and 35 of the LFPDPPP, your data will be provided free of charge via email. Should you require data delivery through another means, you will need to cover the associated shipping and reproduction costs.
