A standout dish is the Enchiladas De Mole, a testament to authentic Mexican culinary artistry. This dish features three chicken enchiladas smothered in a rich, complex mole sauce, made entirely from scratch by the chef. Served in fresh, homemade tortillas and garnished with toasted sesame seeds and Mexican crème, it’s a true taste of Mexico. Tulum Modern Mexican welcomes guests Monday through Thursday from 4 PM to 11 PM, Friday and Saturday from 4 PM to midnight, and Sunday from 4 PM to 11 PM.
