For weekend reservations, please be aware that Hotel Ticuan requires a valid credit card with sufficient funds to guarantee your booking. Reservations without credit card guarantees may not be honored for weekend stays due to high demand. This policy ensures that your room is secured and available upon your arrival.
Breakfast Service
Please note that the complimentary breakfast offered with your room reservation is limited to one person per room. If you require breakfast for additional guests in your room, please inquire about options and associated charges at the front desk during check-in.

- COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination Requirements: To ensure the safety of all our guests, a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory for check-in. Alternatively, guests may be required to provide proof of full Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination or recent proof of Coronavirus recovery to be eligible to stay at the property. Please ensure you have the necessary documentation ready upon arrival.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of MXN 3,000 is required upon check-in. This deposit is payable in cash and will be refunded in full in cash upon check-out, following an inspection of your room to ensure no damage has occurred during your stay.
