Stay Informed with Text Message Updates
We’re excited to introduce a new way to keep you informed about your reservation and address any questions you might have before your visit. You can now opt-in to receive text message updates from Faywood Hot Springs. This option is available on our contact form and online reservation page. When making a reservation, simply choose “Yes” to authorize Faywood Hot Springs to contact you via text message regarding your booking inquiries or concerns. Rest assured, we value your privacy; your personal information will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You have the flexibility to opt out at any time by simply texting STOP to 575-342-8181. Please note that message and data rates may apply, and your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Important Policy Changes Effective August 1, 2024
We have implemented a new policy regarding fee payment and cancellations to streamline our reservation process and better serve all our guests, effective August 1, 2024.
Advance Payment Requirement
All guests are now required to pay in advance for their entire planned stay or private pool use. We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express credit cards, and Faywood Hot Springs gift cards for all reservations.
Updated Cancellation Policy
Please be aware of our revised cancellation policy to avoid charges:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made between 47 and 24 hours prior to check-in will be charged 50% of the total reservation rate.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or “no-shows” will be subject to the full reserved rate.
- A $10.00 credit card processing fee will be applied to all cancellations involving credit card transactions.
Rate Adjustments for Monthly RV Rentals and Private Pools
Please note the following rate adjustments that have been implemented:
Monthly RV Rental Site Rate Increase (Effective February 1, 2024)
For our valued monthly RV rental guests, effective February 1, 2024, the monthly rates for our 30 Amp RV rental sites have been updated to $850.00 per month. The rate for 50 Amp sites is now $965.00 per month. These rates include electricity.
Private Pool Hourly Rate
Guests utilizing our private pools for more than one hour will be charged the applicable hourly rate for each hour of use.
Public Pool Access
For those only using the public pools, the entry remains at one punch per person from your punch card or the day use fee of $18.25 per person. Public pool access allows you to enjoy the pools for as long as you wish during our regular business hours. Please remember that guests using the private pools cannot switch to the public pools without first checking in at the Front Desk and paying the additional fee.
Cabin Rental Policy Updates
We have refined our cabin rental policies to better accommodate our guests, effective March 6, 2023.
Minimum Stay Requirements for Cabins
Rentals for our standard cabins (Apache, Cholla, Consuelo, Dragonfly, Mesquite, and Mimbres) now require a two-night minimum stay. This policy is in effect up to the day before your intended stay, at which point any remaining one-night vacancies may become available. However, please note that this 2-night minimum is waived during our summer period, from June 20 to September 21.
The Guest House consistently requires a two-night minimum stay. Our Casita and Adobe cabins may be rented for a one-night minimum stay, except during peak periods which will be specified.
When booking online, please be aware that your reservation will be reviewed by our front desk staff to ensure it meets these requirements before it is approved. A pending reservation is not confirmed until it is officially approved by our front desk team. If you are booking by phone or in person, our front desk staff will guide you through these requirements. For last-minute bookings, please contact the front desk on the release date to inquire about any potential one-night vacancies.
Visitor Center Holiday Closures
Please be aware that the Faywood Hot Springs Visitor Center will be closed for check-ins and all visitor services on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday each year. We kindly ask that you plan your arrivals and departures accordingly. You are welcome to check-in on the day preceding these holidays. We thank you for your understanding and wish you happy holidays from Faywood Management.
Discount Opportunities
Faywood Hot Springs proudly offers a 10% discount to our senior citizen guests (65 years of age or older), active-duty military personnel, and veterans and their families. To receive your discount, please present valid identification to our Front Desk staff at check-in. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after check-in has been completed and do not apply to items purchased in the Faywood store or Gift Shop.
General Information for Your Stay
Peacocks on the Property
Our beautiful peacocks roam freely throughout the property, adding to the unique ambiance of Faywood Hot Springs. We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring their safety and well-being. It is extremely important that guests do not feed or approach the peacocks. Additionally, guests’ pets must be leashed at all times. Guests found with unleashed pets on the property will be asked to leave without a refund. Guests whose pets cause injury or damage to our peacocks will be held responsible for the replacement value of the birds.
Pet Policy for Apache and Mimbres Cabins
For guests staying in our pet-friendly Apache and Mimbres Cabins, please read carefully: pets are not permitted on the beds in these cabins. Pet beds are provided for your convenience. A minimum $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of pets is found on the bedding.
