Since opening its doors on April 8th, 1985, the Missouri Veterans Home – Mexico, located in Mexico, Missouri, has dedicated itself to providing exceptional care to the state’s veterans. Beyond medical care, the focus is on enriching lives through diverse activities like Bingo, a garden club, and pet therapy, ensuring residents feel truly at home within this supportive community. The thoughtful design extends outdoors, featuring raised garden beds built by the Maintenance Staff for veterans to cultivate their own gardens, and a pleasant walking trail adjacent to baseball fields where the local team practices, offering opportunities for outdoor enjoyment and community connection.
The monthly residency rate for 2025 is set at $2,697, with annual adjustments anticipated each January to account for the Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA).
